This is an installation case of a residential lithium battery for home use by an African company.
Project Background
A furniture manufacturing factory in Nigeria has long suffered from an unstable power grid. It experiences an average of 3-4 power outages per week, each lasting 2-6 hours, severely impacting the normal operation of its wood processing equipment and painting production line. Faced with increasing production orders, the factory owner decided to introduce the Dawnice commercial and industrial energy storage system to ensure production schedules and reduce operating costs.
Project Description
This project utilizes an 80kWh energy storage system, installed in a dedicated area within the factory. Equipped with dust- and moisture-proof design and an independent ventilation system, it is perfectly suited to the tropical climate. Through intelligent charge and discharge management, the system automatically stores energy when the grid is running and immediately switches to power during power outages, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the production line.
User Feedback
"This energy storage system has completely transformed our production. Now, during power outages, the production line can continue operating, and order delivery times are more controllable. What we're most satisfied with is the system's stable and reliable operation. Since installation, production line downtime has decreased by 85%, and monthly electricity costs have decreased by 45%. This system not only solved our electricity problems but also brought tangible benefits to the company." — Factory Manager Adebowale
